Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains our position on refunds for enrolments and memberships purchased through Q6 Academy at q6academy.com.

1. All sales are final

Q6 Academy provides live, scheduled Quran tuition together with related learning materials that you can access and book as soon as your enrolment is confirmed. Because teaching time is reserved for you the moment you enrol, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds — whether you paid for a recurring membership or a one-time course.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

  • Your enrolment, class booking, and learning materials become available to you immediately
  • You have reviewed the course description, schedule, and pricing before enrolling
  • Payments already taken are non-refundable, including for classes you do not attend or do not book within a billing period

2. Cancelling a membership

If you are on a recurring membership, you can cancel at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel:

  • Your membership stops renewing — you will not be charged again
  • You keep full access to your classes and benefits until the end of the billing period you have already paid for
  • We do not refund or pro-rate the remaining days of the current period

Cancelling stops future payments only; it does not refund the period you are currently in.

3. One-time courses

One-time courses (for example, short or fixed-length programmes) are charged once and are non-refundable once your enrolment is confirmed and access is granted.

4. Exceptions at our discretion

We may, at our sole discretion and in exceptional circumstances, issue a refund — for example, if you were charged in error (such as a duplicate payment) or if access to a paid enrolment was never delivered. To request consideration, contact us at support@q6academy.com within 14 days of the charge with:

  • The email address used at enrolment
  • The order or transaction ID from your payment confirmation
  • A description of the issue

We will respond within five business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Missed classes

Classes you do not attend, cancel late, or fail to book within a billing period are not refunded. Where applicable, they are handled under your course's cancellation and attendance rules rather than this policy.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute through your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please reach out to us at support@q6academy.com before filing a chargeback.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over this policy.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy applies to purchases made after the "Last updated" date.
